2017 Mentoring Holiday Event - Mentor Registration

 

Mentors and Mentees from Murry Bergtraum HS and Baruch College, please join us for a special holiday celebration!

We’ll be having a catered lunch at Macaulay Honors College, followed by a lively performance of The Nutcracker at Lincoln Center.

LIMITED TICKET AVAILABILITY: We have a limited number of tickets. Don’t be left out! Don’t delay registering for our annual mentor/mentee HOLIDAY EVENT. Go to the link below to register.

DEADLINE FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS: The earlier of Monday, November 20th OR when all our tickets are sold!

IMPORTANT NOTE: All mentees must be accompanied by a mentor. If you cannot attend, but want your mentee to participate, please arrange with another mentor to supervise your mentee OR contact Olga Barskaya (olga.barskaya@baruch.cuny.edu) for assistance. YOU must register your mentee & indicate the designated mentor on the reservation form. Mentors may accompany more than 1 mentee.

 



COST

$80 Mentors, Free for Mentees, courtesy of the FWA of New York, Inc.

 

Location

Macaulay Honors College, 35 West 67th Street (between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West). Tickets will be distributed during lunch.

After lunch we will walk to Lincoln Center, 20 Lincoln Center Plaza, New York, NY.
The Nutcracker performance begins at 5:00, and will be about 2 hours long

 

Mass Transit
Macaulay and Lincoln Center are right near the 66th St stop on the 1 train, a short walk from
the 59th St/Columbus Ave stop on the 1/A/C or D train.


 

Reservations, cancellations and payments must be made by Monday, November 20th.

PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY RESERVATION. No-shows will be billed the full amount.

To cancel or change your reservation, call the FWA office at 212-533-2141 asap, and before Monday, November 20th.

Payments made to the FWA of New York, Inc. are deductible as charitable contributions only to the extent permitted by law after deducting the value of goods and services received.
