Heather Hunt-Ruddy, Speaker
As Head of Client Experience and Growth at Wells Fargo Advisors, a core element of Ms. Hunt-Ruddy’s role is the development of client relationships and the field leaders behind this effort. Prior to accepting this role in 2017, Ms. Hunt-Ruddy was Regional President, Gateway Region. In the past, she also held management positions at Wells Fargo Advisors offices in Detroit, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Ohio. Committed to the development of Wells Fargo’s financial advisors and team members, Ms. Hunt-Ruddy chairs the Talent Identification Committee, as well as co-chairs the Women’s Summit and the Women’s Managers Forum at Wells Fargo Advisors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and is a graduate of the Securities Industry Association (SIA) Institute at Wharton.
Stephanie Ackler, Interviewer
Stephanie Ackler is managing director of Ackler Wealth Management of Wells Fargo Advisors. Stephanie works in an investment advisory relationship, and, as a Senior PIM Portfolio Manager, manages private investment portfolios with discretionary control. Stephanie is deeply committed to organizations whose missions focus on empowering women and girls. She is an active member of the Financial Women's Association (FWA) of New York, the Women Presidents' Organization (WPO) and in 2013 was accepted to the Harvard Kennedy School Women's Leadership Board where she serves as a key supporter and ambassador to the Women and Public Policy Program. Stephanie graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a BA in Chemistry.
