Tanya Levy-OdomTanya Levy-Odom
Director of Investor Relations,
Time Inc

Tanya Levy-Odom is the Director of Investor Relations for Time Inc., responsible for communicating with existing and prospective investors and key influencers including buy side and sell-side analysts as well as corporate governance contacts. Prior to joining Time Inc., she was a Vice President/Domestic Equity Analyst for Alliance Growth Equities, a subsidiary of Alliance Bernstein, responsible for equity forecasting and stock selection in the Consumer sector. She received her MBA in Finance from Fordham University and her undergraduate degree in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University.

Tanya Levy-Odom serves as Chair of the Council of Presidents, and served as President of the Hofstra University Alumni Organization from 2012-2014. She was the Vice President for Services from 2010 – 2012, and, previously, served as Parliamentarian/Historian.

Since graduating Hofstra University in 1990, Tanya has been an active alumna, returning frequently to campus to share career advice with students and serving as a member and officer of the Black Hispanic Alumni Association. In addition to serving as a member of Hofstra University’s Women in Leadership Initiative, Mrs. Levy-Odom currently serves as the Immediate Past President of the East Kings County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and Vice President of the Brooklyn Chapter of Jack and Jill of America. She has been married to Edward Odom for 20 years; they have two children.

Kristen Jarnagin

Discover Long Island


Jarnagin and her staff at Discover Long Island are charged with marketing, promoting and selling Long Island as a leisure and meetings destination to potential visitors, meeting planners, travel media, tour operators, travel agents and sports event organizers. She came to Long Island from Arizona, where she spent almost 20 years in various capacities of the tourism industry from destination marketing for the state of Arizona, branding a luxury resort and serving as the state’s lobbyist for tourism advocacy. Jarnagin was recently named one of the Top 50 Women in Business on Long Island and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Public Relations from the acclaimed Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University. She currently resides in East Setauket with her two daughters.

Tobi Innerfield
Quality Shredding Corp


Tobi Innerfield is the President of Quality Shredding Corp, which she founded in the Fall of 2010. She has grown her business from one truck and the back bedroom of her house to a fleet of 7 trucks and a plant in Deer Park. Tobi is expecting delivery of her 8th truck in October. Today she operates one of the largest independently owned information destruction companies in the New York Metro Region.

Quality Shredding’s slogan is “We Shred Paper, Hard Drives, and More!”. As she has grown her business, Tobi has become a nationally recognized expert in her field and has been quoted in TIME Magazine. She is accredited by NAID, the National Association for Information Destruction, as a “CSDS”, Certified Secure Destruction Specialist. Fewer than 250 people internationally have earned this distinction. Tobi is active within NAID and sits on the planning committee for their annual conference. Her business is certified WBE/WOSB by WBENC.

Tobi has two grown children, one a Police Officer and the other a Teacher. She and her husband of 35 years live in Deer Park.
