Imposter Syndrome - Defining, Diagnosing and Dealing
An FWA Members Only Event

The Emerging Leaders Committee is very excited to present an interactive, professional development workshop with Executive Coach Kira Copperman at the Ayers Group.

What syndrome do Natalie Portman, Oprah Winfrey and Sheryl Sandberg all suffer from? Even though they are women at the top of their game, they still have moments when they suffer from the Impostor Syndrome. It’s a common phenomenon that can impact a person’s stress level, productivity and career progress. Participants will find out if they or someone they know suffers from Impostor Syndrome and how to overcome it, especially when positioning themselves for a new role or job.
