FWA-NJ: Workplace Trends: One Size Does Not Fit All

Within the office working environment, one size does not fit all in terms of the design and layout of the various functional spaces. Collaboration, productivity, relaxation/rejuvenation, health, natural light, small group/large group interaction, flexibility are some of the factors.

As stated in Gensler’s Dialogue, “In a rapidly changing business climate, the most successful organizations are adapting their workplace strategies to focus on the needs of people.”

Here are the 3 powerful things you’ll learn:

  • Workplace trends that focus on the physical and psychological needs of the people within a work environment for Financial Firms
  • Today’s employee expectations, especially Millennials, e.g., for collaborative work environments
  • Attracting and retaining talent in the context of company culture.
